Within 24 hours of the successful completion of your order you will receive an email from All Roads Cinema containing a link created just for your project where you can upload your photos and/or video files.

If there is a gross error in content we are happy to make the necessary corrections at no additional cost. In the case of cropping or change in the photo numbering order please refer to the section below.

Our CineSlide shows include both vertical and horizontal compositions. To make everything look great on screen, sometimes we need to crop photos or re-order them—especially when a vertical photo is placed in a horizontal frame, or the other way around. We'll always do our best to keep as much of your photo visible as possible, but in some cases, parts of the image might be require cropping. We will always do our best to minimize such changes but we cannot guarantee every photo will fit as the original photo was captured. To help avoid cropping, we recommend pre-editing your photos to match the orientation requested in the project upload guide for your package that will be sent via email after completing your order.

We have access to literally thousands of music tracks, background music, and more, all included at no extra cost. These tracks come with a full license for use on any social media platform or website.

Yes, you can use music by your favorite artist. However, keep in mind that social media platforms have filters that automatically scan for copyrighted content and could result in a take down request and/or your ability to use your account, therefore choosing to use copy written music is done so at your own risk. We do not recommend using copyrighted material if you plan to host your video online and we accept no responsibility for this option.
